What You Need To Have To Apply

• Currently studying in the areas of: Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Engineering or related areas.
• Availability for a 6-hour/day internship, from 07:45 AM to 02:45 PM.
• Intermediate knowledge of Office/Google Suite.
• Intermediate English will be a differential.
• Availability to work in person.

A Brief Description Of The Job Activities

• International materials planning;
• Participation in customer service and production planning meetings;
• Scheduling cargo deliveries at the VALEO/Katoen site;
• Follow up with suppliers;
• Preparation of inventory and freight tracking reports;
• Monitoring departmental KPIs;
• Checking/registering imported documents.
