As a Low Code Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining low-code business processes to meet our business needs. You will leverage your understanding of low-code platforms, develop a strong business operations context and best practices to create scalable and efficient solutions, creating significant impact in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, designers, and subject matter experts, to gather requirements and translate them into low-code applications
• Design and develop high-quality low-code applications / processes
• Customize and extend the functionality of low-code platforms through code snippets, reusable components, and integrations with external systems
• Optimize low-code applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Conduct process reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers, ensuring adherence to low-code process standards and best practices
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for low-code development, and propose innovative solutions
• Proactively troubleshoot and debug complex issues in low-code applications, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in low-code development, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team
• Participate in Agile process iteratively creating and developing applications
• Understanding of data structures, relational data, and interfacing with APIs
• Provide First Pass Yield data and ability to report success status using tools such as Splunk or New Relic
 
Knowledge
• Rackspace Low Code Orchestration uses proprietary software, and so candidates are not expected to have prior experience and knowledge of these associated products.
• The successful candidate will be a fast-learner, able to solve complex problems and possess a strong attention to detail.
 
 Skills

Education
• Bachelor's degree
