Job Description

AriensCo is seeking dependable and enthusiastic employees for their 1st shift manufacturing team. The job involves safe machine operation, promoting company values, verifying parts quality, completing required paperwork, performing TPM tasks, interpreting blueprints, assisting team members, and problem-solving. Candidates need to be able to communicate effectively, have knowledge of blueprint reading, perform fabrication processes, stand for long hours, lift up to 35 pounds, wear PPE, and work as a team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a team environment and produce amazing products.

Job Description:

AriensCo is currently seeking dependable, enthusiastic employees to join our 1st shift manufacturing team in Brillion, WI.

THE DAY TO DAY...

  • Safe operation of machine and tools

  • Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles

  • Verify parts are being made correctly with functional gauges/devices

  • Complete required paperwork (In Process Verification's, production control charts and others as required by work center)

  • Proper operating techniques that do no cause machine damage and/or excessive tool wear

  • Perform TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) tasks to standard work

  • Operate machine or tool to standard work

  • Interpret Blue prints to produce parts to print specification

  • Assist team members in other areas to meet daily production goals

  • Ability to problem solve effectively

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

  • Ability to communicate effectively

  • Working knowledge of Blue Print reading

  • Capable of performing multiple fabrication processes adhering to standard work

  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day

  • Must be able to use hands to position parts in place

  • Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies

  • Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment

  • Ability to work as part of a team
