Maintenance Technician for Automated Production Systems Drive Unit (m/w/d) - Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg

We are seeking a Maintenance Technicians for our Drive Unit area who will play a crucial role in the development of our electric motors by utilizing their expertise to optimize, question, and eliminate processes, while continuously improving production efficiency and quality in a challenging and stimulating environment.

What You’ll Do

You need to have expertise in troubleshooting and fault elimination on complex and fully automated production plants

You need to maintain documentation of all maintenance, conversion, and servicing work, as well as damage reporting and troubleshooting

You need to have knowledge and experience in troubleshooting in the area of converter technology and robot technology

You need to execute repair, maintenance, servicing, and conversion work on all production machines in accordance with specifications in a timely and professional manner

You need to participate in the execution of preventive maintenance work

What You’ll Bring

Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
Flexibility, communication and team skills, performance and readiness for action
Willingness to work in shifts in a fully continuous shift model
Good knowledge of control engineering, pneumatics, hydraulics and / or robotics
Good technical understanding and good practical manual skills
Work experience in the field of maintenance of production plants
Good English language skills required and German language skills desirable
