Job Summary

Job Description

Smilegate RPG seeks a seasoned Management Planning & Strategy professional with at least 3 years of experience. Responsibilities include developing business plans, establishing KPIs, tracking progress, preparing management reports, analyzing game market trends, and extracting key insights. The role requires strong MS Office skills, excellent presentation preparation abilities, data analysis expertise, and effective internal/external communication. Experience in the gaming industry, MMORPG knowledge, and proficiency in English are highly valued. Automation experience using tools like ChatGPT or Python is a plus.

Must have:

3+ years in management planning/strategy
Business plan development & KPI setting
Data analysis & market trend insights
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office

Good to have:

Gaming industry experience
MMORPG understanding
English communication skills
ChatGPT/Python for automation

- 사업계획, KPI 수립, 성과 및 주요 업무 진척도 관리 등 경영기획 업무 - 경영진 보고자료 작성(정기, 비정기 리포트 등) - 게임시장 현황 및 지표 분석 기반 인사이트 도출 - 경영진 수명 업무

자격요건

- 경영기획, 전략 관련 업무 경력이 3년 이상이신 분

필요역량

- MS Office 활용도, 프리젠테이션 문서작성 우수자(기획 및 디자인) - 각종 데이터 지표분석 역량 - 대내/외 커뮤니케이션 능력 우수자(진척도 관리, 부서간 업무조율 등)

우대사항

- 게임업계 관련업무 종사자 또는 게임시장, MMORPG에 대한 이해도가 높은 분 - 영어커뮤니케이션, 해외사이트 리서치 가능자 - Chatgpt, 파이썬 등을 통한 기존업무 업무 자동화, 효율성 개선 경험자
