Job Description

Insider, a B2B SaaS company, is seeking a Management Trainee for its People & Culture team. This role is designed for fresh graduates and offers exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, internal communication, employer branding, people analytics, and learning & development. The trainee will work closely with the Head of People & Culture and Chief People & Culture Officer, assist in organizing events, demonstrate flexibility in task prioritization, and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments. The position involves contributing to People & Culture strategies and developing internal training materials, providing a comprehensive end-to-end experience in HR.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Assertiveness and proactive approach
Ability to think ahead
Thrive in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Passion for People & Culture functions

As a Management Trainee in People & Culture team, you will

learn a lot by working closely with all People & Culture functions across recruitment, internal communication, employer branding, people analytics, learning and development, etc.,
work directly with our Head of People & Culture and Chief People & Culture Officer,
assist in organizing and managing internal and external People & Culture related events,
demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing task priorities,
work cross-functionally and communicate with other departments including C-levels
take part in creating People & Culture strategies to support Insider's growth and see the whole process end-to-end
find the related topics & create internal training for People & Culture.

What you need

a bachelor's degree in related fields,
assertiveness, proactive approach and the ability to think ahead,
ability to thrive in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment,
ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment,
strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks,
excellent command of both written and spoken English,
passion for discovering and working for various People & Culture functions including recruitment and learning & development
