Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns geared towards customer acquisition for A23
Poker.
2. Analyze campaign level data and come up with insights to grow our customer base at A23
Poker.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Analytics and
Customer Support to implement acquisition campaigns and initiatives.
4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of acquisition programs, and provide
recommendations for optimization.
5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and best practices in
acquisition and loyalty strategies.
6. Work closely with the analytics team to track key metrics and KPIs related to acquisition and
loyalty, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to
support acquisition and loyalty initiatives.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in the online gaming space,
particularly in India.
Qualifications:
1. MBA from Tier 1 institutes with a focus on Marketing, Business Administration, or related
fields.
2. 8+ years of experience in marketing, customer acquisition, or strategy roles, preferably within
the online gaming or e-commerce industry.
3. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
4. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel).
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with
cross-functional teams.
6. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for results and continuous improvement.
7. Knowledge of CRM tools and platforms is a plus.
8. Passion for gaming and understanding of the Indian gaming market is highly desirable.
9. Knowledge of Poker as a game is essential for this role.
