We're looking for an experienced Manager, App Security to join our Cyber and Data Security team. Reporting to VP, Cyber Risk & Governance, You'll be responsible for:

• Building and lead a high-performing application security team, setting priorities and providing oversight for SAST, SCA, secrets scanning, and IaC scanning initiatives
• Designing and implement, and manage application security tools and processes to ensure code security throughout the development lifecycle
• Partnering with software engineering and DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and optimize developer workflows
• Providing detailed risk assessments and remediation guidance for vulnerabilities identified across applications, third-party libraries, and infrastructure code
• Monitoring industry trends, threat landscapes, and emerging tools to continuously evolve the application security program

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 8+ years of experience in application security, including 3+ years in a leadership or management role
• Proficiency with modern application security tools, including SAST (e.g., Semgrep, Coverity, Veracode, Checkmarx), SCA (e.g., Black Duck, Synopsys), and secrets management tools (e.g., GitGuardian, TruffleHog, GitHub Advanced Security, HashiCorp Vault)
• Hands-on experience in securing IaC templates and using scanning tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Checkov)
• Deep understanding of secure software development practices and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent team leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and DevOps

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Knowledge of container security principles (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) and security tools
• Experience with threat modeling and manual code reviews to identify complex vulnerabilities
• Familiarity with OWASP practices, frameworks, and tools for modern application security programs
