Job Description

The Manager is responsible for leading the Hub Data officers, ensuring clear objectives, deliverables, and team requirements are met. Key activities include task coordination with AMIEO Functional leaders, prioritizing tasks, and allocating them to the team. The role involves managing tasks, creating and maintaining a Key Task Monitor (KTM) to generate status reports. Data analysis and standard reporting are crucial, including monthly, quarterly, and weekly reports. Additionally, the Manager will manage system users and track requests and actions within the team.

MAJOR ACTIVITIES

Team Leader

Responsible for the Hub Data officers (EVP 7), ensuring objectives are clear, deliverables achieved, and team requirements met

Task Coordination

Collaborate with AMIEO Functional leaders and identify task for HuB, Collation & definition of tasks from across the function. Negotiation, prioritisation, and effective allocation to the team; and tracking to ensure deadlines are met

Task Management

Creation & maintenance of Key Task Monitor (KTM), managing all ongoing tasks within the hub and generating status report as required

Data analysis and Standard reporting

Coordination across the team and delivery of monthly data runs and related outputs.

Coordination across the team and delivery of quarterly/monthly/weekly reports.

Systems Management

Maintaining window to system users and tracking related requests and actions across the team
