Plan and implement internal and external partnership events. Manage communications for the team, including newsletters and content hubs. Develop communication and change management plans to support project adoption. This role requires collaboration with various departments and stakeholders for successful project execution.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4-6+ years of experience in project management or related fields.
  • Experience with project management principles (PMI or Agile).
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Good to have:
  • PMI (PMP) or Scrum Alliance (CSM) certification.
  • Familiarity with media partnerships or advertising industry.

The purpose of the role is to work with clients and Media Owners in order to drive creative, innovative and effective content solutions & to provide support and assistance in managing the client's proposals and to keep day to day activities running smoothly. May supervise/support the training needs of a graduate/Jnr. Exec.

Job Description:

The Partnerships & Platform division is responsible for all elements of strategic partnerships for the dentsu Media practice in the US. The team sits at the intersection of dentsu's media agencies (Carat, iProspect and dentsuX), clients, investment and activation communities, and Amplifi, the commercial innovation arm for dentsu. Our team translates the business needs of dentsu's clients, the strategic and commercial imperatives of dentsu itself, and emergent and established trends across the industry and society into strategic, value-driven, and beneficial partnerships. We also set the strategic agenda for partnerships for dentsu in the marketplace, in new business and in product/solution design within dentsu.

This is a remote position, reporting to EVP, Head of Partnerships.

Role Purpose:

You will be the operational and strategic backbone of the Partnerships team. You will ensure the successful execution of our projects through structured project management, collaboration, and operational excellence. You are will oversee project governance, stakeholder management, and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Project & Strategic Initiative Management
    • You will lead end-to-end project management across strategic programs, from planning through execution and closure.
    • You will develop detailed project plans, timelines, RACI charts, and milestone tracking.
    • You will apply project management frameworks (e.g., PMI or Agile) to ensure consistent delivery and agreement on business goals.
    • Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and escalate issues.
  • Operational Excellence
    • You will optimize deal tracking systems and documentation workflows.
    • You will support vendor contract processes and ensure compliance with internal governance standards.
    • You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and operational integrity.
  • Event & Meeting Coordination
    • You will plan and implement internal and external partnership events, including logistics, presenter prep, and day-of coordination.
    • You will execute key cross-functional meetings, including scheduling, content updates, and executive summaries.
  • Communications & Content Management
    • You will manage communications for team including newsletters, content hubs, etc.
    • You will develop communication and change management plans to support project adoption and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4–6+ years of experience in project management, operations, or media/advertising.
  • Experience with project management principles (PMI or Agile preferred).
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planner).
  • PMI (PMP) or Scrum Alliance (CSM) certification.
  • Familiarity with media partnerships or advertising industry.

The annual salary range for this position is $59,000-$96,025. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
