職務内容:
- ブランド/商品のマーケティング活動の戦略・企画立案、実行（オンラインストアプロモーション、デジタル広告、SNS、MA等）
- デジタルを中心とした販売チャネル（店舗／オンラインストア)への集客施策の企画立案・実行
- 企画立案内容に基づくクオリティ高いアウトプットのためのディレクション
- ディズニー事業部全体（映画・ゲーム・TV等）の活動を把握し、店舗/オンラインストアにおけるクロスファンクション施策の企画立案・実行
- マーケット/顧客調査の企画立案・実行、及び関連部署への共有
必須条件:
- 一般消費財マーケティングおよび、ECマーケティング経験5年以上
- デジタルプロモーションの企画立案・実行・ディレクション経験
- デジタルコンテンツ・アセットの企画立案、ディレクション経験(バナー、HP、キャンペーンページ等)
- SNS運用、管理、ディレクション経験
- 顧客分析に基づくMA施策の立案、実行、結果分析経験
- プロモーションのスケジュール・予算管理、及び販売促進ツールの企画立案・制作経験
- マイクロソフトワード・エクセル・パワーポイント・Outlookのスキル

- 小売業でのマーケティング、販売促進企画経験
- マーケット/顧客調査企画設計・分析スキル
- ビジネスレベルの英語でのコミュニケーションスキル（メール・電話・会話）
