Job Description

The Manager, Digital Marketing, DTC Retail will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and direction of brand/product marketing activities. This includes online store promotions, digital advertising, social media marketing, marketing automation (MA), and driving traffic to both physical and online sales channels. The role requires collaboration across Disney business units (film, games, TV, etc.) to develop and execute cross-functional campaigns. Responsibilities also encompass market/customer research, analysis, and communication with related departments. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in consumer goods marketing and e-commerce, along with proven skills in digital promotion planning, execution, and content creation (banners, websites, campaign pages). Experience with social media management, marketing automation, and budget management is essential.

Must have:

5+ years in consumer goods & EC marketing
Digital promotion planning & execution
Digital content creation & direction
SNS management & direction
MA strategy, execution & analysis
Budget & promotion schedule management

Good to have:

Retail marketing experience
Market research & analysis skills
Business-level English communication

デジタルを中心とした販売チャネル（店舗／オンラインストア)への集客施策の企画立案・実行
企画立案内容に基づくクオリティ高いアウトプットのためのディレクション
ディズニー事業部全体（映画・ゲーム・TV等）の活動を把握し、店舗/オンラインストアにおけるクロスファンクション施策の企画立案・実行
マーケット/顧客調査の企画立案・実行、及び関連部署への共有

必須条件:

一般消費財マーケティングおよび、ECマーケティング経験5年以上
デジタルプロモーションの企画立案・実行・ディレクション経験
デジタルコンテンツ・アセットの企画立案、ディレクション経験(バナー、HP、キャンペーンページ等)
SNS運用、管理、ディレクション経験
顧客分析に基づくMA施策の立案、実行、結果分析経験
プロモーションのスケジュール・予算管理、及び販売促進ツールの企画立案・制作経験
マイクロソフトワード・エクセル・パワーポイント・Outlookのスキル

歓迎条件：

小売業でのマーケティング、販売促進企画経験
マーケット/顧客調査企画設計・分析スキル
ビジネスレベルの英語でのコミュニケーションスキル（メール・電話・会話）
