Nagarro's global SAP business unit is a leading IT full-service provider for critical business applications and complex ERP landscapes in digital transformation. With more than 1.000 employees, we are one of the most efficient and innovative SAP partners for medium-sized companies and enterprises with an international focus. 

• You enjoy developing guidelines, concepts and regulations in a team and establishing them in the company to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• You advise specialist teams on regulatory requirements and their practical implementation.
• You are the central point of contact for audit requests to the company and coordinate them.
• You monitor controls that are implemented for existing IT services and further develop the internal control system.
• In the event of deviations, you provide support in the targeted implementation of corrective and preventive measures.

• Fluency in German and good command of written and spoken English is mandatory
• You have a degree (e.g. in Business Informatics) or a comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience.
• You have a strong understanding of processes and technologies in the area of IT services.
• You are familiar with the operation of management systems and associated standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001).
• You are familiar with the common regulations for the operation of IT systems in the GxP environment (GAMP5, EU GMP Annex 11, 21 CFR Part 11).
• You are familiar with relevant audit standards and frameworks (ISAE 3402, ISAE 3000, SOC1 and SOC2).
• You have a confident manner and strong communication skills.
• You are reliable and committed.
• You have a customer- and service-oriented personality with a certain degree of assertiveness.
