How we LEAD: 

Spinefarm is seeking a proactive and hands-on Marketing Manager who is eager to engage in all aspects of project setup and execution. With our expanding roster and the continued success of our artists, we are growing our team to meet the demands of our evolving label. As a dedicated artists development label, this role will play a critical part in enhancing our focus on the elements that drive revenue and artist growth, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in daily operations. This position requires comprehensive communication and coordination internally and externally in order to keep projects moving forward while maintaining the overall artist message and brand.

How you’ll CREATE:               

  • Develop and execute full marketing plans and campaigns for individual artists
  • Work in conjunction with artists, managers, and marketing team to create, maintain, and evolve artist brands
  • Help facilitate and optimize the timely delivery of items to Commercial Partnership teams to meet sales, marketing and production deadlines
  • Coordinate album and single specific promotions with National Promotions team, ensuring all assets are delivered on-time and that promotions reflect album-specific objectives
  • Ensure on-time delivery of all marketing assets for releases or campaigns by coordinating deadlines, digital content and other marketing materials for all projects
  • Create and keep current one-sheets and timelines
  • Continuously monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends
  • Seek out and maintain the knowledge of each artist and their management team’s processes, goals, and overall efforts in order to maintain a cohesive and effective working relationship
  • Generate timelines of project needs and key dates/deadlines with all departments and oversee the timely delivery of those needs
  • Create and coordinate special events in conjunction with album releases, specific tour dates, and other special events
  • Serve as key liaison for artist management and label
  • Brainstorm and produce big marketing ideas, identify the best idea options, and execute
  • Manage a high volume of communication - phone calls, emails and meetings
  • Design and oversee advertising campaigns
  • Manage quarterly budgets
  • Communicate the status of artists projects routinely with Head of Marketing and label staff
  • Other duties responsibilities as required

Bring your VIBE:

  • Degree in related field preferred
  • 4+ years of marketing experience; Music Industry a plus
  • Music industry experience with an emphasis in marketing
  • Organize, prioritize, and execute a wide range of tasks with heavy workloads and tight deadlines
  • A general knowledge of all departments within a label, including:
  • Digital, publicity, A&R, creative, production and promotion
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Creativity and willingness to think outside the box
  • Travel required
