Job Description

The Manager, Owned Media (Web & Social) at Disney+ is responsible for planning and executing brand and content promotion across Disney+'s official social media platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube). This includes creating social media plans for upcoming releases, managing the official YouTube channel, developing growth strategies, creating content, localizing international content, and planning and executing YouTube-based events. The role also involves creating short-form videos for use across owned media platforms, collaborating extensively with internal and external stakeholders, securing approvals, and ensuring effective cross-platform promotion. A deep understanding of branding and the ability to manage social accounts accordingly are crucial. Experience in social media promotion, YouTube channel management, video production, and fluent English communication are essential.

Must have:

Experience in SNS promotion planning & execution
Official SNS management experience
YouTube channel management & content planning
Video planning, production & management
Strong branding understanding & social account management
Fluent English communication (written & verbal)
Content planning & marketing skills

Good to have:

TikTok algorithm & success case expertise
Vendor management experience

チャンネル用コンテンツ制作・海外制作コンテンツのローカライズ及びそれに関する各種業務
YouTubeチャンネルを活用した配信イベントの企画・運営・実行・分析
YouTubeチャンネルを活用したDisney／Star Wars／Marvel等のブランド及びディズニープラス作品育成のための企画立案～実行

短尺動画の制作とOwned Mediaへの活用

主にYouTubeとTikTok、Instagramで使用する短尺動画の企画・制作・US承認およびそれに関する各種業務
-業務に必要な社内外とのコミュニケーション・管理・交渉・承認作業
-Owned Media（公式YouTubeチャンネル／各SNSアカウント）への効果的な横展開

必須条件:

コンテンツ（作品・サービスなど）の、SNSを活用したプロモーションを企画～実行した経験がある方。
公式SNS（企業やブランドの公式アカウント）運用の経験がある方
YouTubeチャンネル運営とYouTubeコンテンツプランニングの経験がある方
動画の企画・制作とその制作管理の経験のある方
ブランディングを深く理解し、ブランディングに沿った熟練したソーシャルアカウント管理ができる方
海外担当部門との英語での口頭・文書でのコミュニケーション、英語でのレポート作成の可能な方
コンテンツプランニングとマーケティングスキルの双方持っている方

TikTokのアルゴリズムや成功事例に精通している方
運用ベンダーの管理経験がある方
