Job Summary:
ディズニープラス公式SNS（X／Instagram／Facebook／TikTok／YouTube）を活用したブランド及びコンテンツプロモーションの企画立案～実行
- 担当する配信作品のソーシャルプラン作成～投稿までの一連の業務
ディズニープラス公式YouTubeおよびディズニー公式チャンネルの運営およびコンテンツ管理
- YouTubeチャンネルの成長を見据えた戦略立案・実行・分析・運用・レポーティング
- チャンネル用コンテンツ制作・海外制作コンテンツのローカライズ及びそれに関する各種業務
- YouTubeチャンネルを活用した配信イベントの企画・運営・実行・分析
- YouTubeチャンネルを活用したDisney／Star Wars／Marvel等のブランド及びディズニープラス作品育成のための企画立案～実行
短尺動画の制作とOwned Mediaへの活用
- 主にYouTubeとTikTok、Instagramで使用する短尺動画の企画・制作・US承認およびそれに関する各種業務
- -業務に必要な社内外とのコミュニケーション・管理・交渉・承認作業
- -Owned Media（公式YouTubeチャンネル／各SNSアカウント）への効果的な横展開
必須条件:
- コンテンツ（作品・サービスなど）の、SNSを活用したプロモーションを企画～実行した経験がある方。
- 公式SNS（企業やブランドの公式アカウント）運用の経験がある方
- YouTubeチャンネル運営とYouTubeコンテンツプランニングの経験がある方
- 動画の企画・制作とその制作管理の経験のある方
- ブランディングを深く理解し、ブランディングに沿った熟練したソーシャルアカウント管理ができる方
- 海外担当部門との英語での口頭・文書でのコミュニケーション、英語でのレポート作成の可能な方
- コンテンツプランニングとマーケティングスキルの双方持っている方

- TikTokのアルゴリズムや成功事例に精通している方
- 運用ベンダーの管理経験がある方
