The Product Operations Manager at Dream11 will own MIS for the business function, manage rewards inventory, assist PMs with experiments, collaborate with data teams on analysis, drive experimentation across channels, execute promotional campaigns, and run experiments to validate hypotheses. This cross-functional role ensures successful collaboration across product, design, engineering, and support teams. The role demands driving automation in product operations by understanding user behavior and leveraging data to optimize Dream11's consumer and internal products.

Product Operations @Dream11:
Product Operations at Dream11 strive to build a highly engaging, rewarding, safe, trustworthy and scalable fantasy sports platform. The operations team executes product-driven strategy along with other PM’s to drive user-centric solutions in form of both Dream11’s consumer-facing products and the backend, internal products that orchestrate all consumer-facing operations, alike. The team will be responsible for running the show on the Dream11 product. They will be responsible for driving automation on product operations by understanding user behaviour and backing it with data.
Product Operations is a cross-functional role designed to guarantee successful collaborative work among all teams connected to the product life cycle e.g. the people who are building the product—product managers, design and engineering, as well as support functions such as Sports Operations, Marketing and Customer Support.
Your Role:
- Owning MIS for the business function and drives learnings for the same
- Planning and maintaining rewards inventory across varied SKUs
- Assist PMs/SPMs with new experiment designs and operational activities
- Working with product, content, and business analytics teams in collecting and analyzing product data and metrics
- Enabling product and content team to drive experimentation across communication channels
- Planning and executing promotional campaigns, to affect metrics like retention and reward redemptions
- Run non-tech and low-tech experiments to validate business and product hypothesis
Qualifiers
- 5+ years of prior work experience with a keen interest in operations
- Comfortable with SQL and excel with an eye for business metrics
