SailPoint is seeking a skilled and people-focused Manager of Recruiting Coordination to join our People Operations team. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution. You’ll lead a high-performing team responsible for optimizing the systems, workflows, and tools that drive our interview process and candidate experience.
We’re looking for someone who is systems-savvy and operationally sharp—comfortable evaluating what’s working, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing thoughtful changes. You’ll also bring strong leadership capabilities to coach, support, and grow a team of recruiting coordinators.
Within 30 days:
You will gain an understanding of our tech stack including Workday, ServiceNow, Slack and the company Intranet. You will also start to build relationships within your team and the various teams across HR. You’ll soak up knowledge through our intranet, process documentation, employee handbook, and corporate policies.
Within 90 days:
You will be fluent in our systems and will have built strong relationships with the teams mentioned above. You will continue to build confidence addressing various questions from recruiters.
Within 6 months:
You will have all the knowledge necessary to independently manage a larger volume scheduling and inquiries as they come. You will begin to share feedback on our various processes and suggest improvements. You will have a solid understanding of all SailPoint best practices and will be well on your way to becoming an SME.
Within 1 year:
You will be fully comfortable leading the team in their day to day activities, as well as through change management. You will confidently address any and all inquiries independently as you will be well on your way as a SME on recruiting operations.

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD):
$95,300 - $136,100 - $176,900
Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee’s home location.
