The Manager, Revenue Operations - Customer Success Field Operations role involves leading a team of one analyst to execute data strategy, identify trends in customer success data, and build action-oriented dashboards. The role also involves running planning, retention forecasting, and QBRs, while identifying best practices to improve efficiency. The candidate will be a strategic partner to field leadership to get them what they need. Responsibilities include leading a team, understanding customer success data, running recurring cadences and identifying best practices.
Must have:

Join us as a Manager Revenue Operations reporting to our VP of Revenue Operations team to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What You Will Do : 

You’ll bring a broad Rev Ops mindset to the post sale segment, in order to unlock our market leading adoption, expansion and retention efforts.  This role will lead a team of one additional analyst, and partner with CS Leadership, to define best in class data, process, infrastructure and tech practices, while being responsible for maintaining the critical cadences of planning, forecasting, QBRs and bespoke programs

·        Lead a team of 1 analyst to execute our data strategy

·        Gain a deep understanding of Boomi’s current customer success data, identify trends and leading indicators, and support the buildout of action oriented dashboards

·        Run recurring cadences around planning, retention forecasting, bottoms up QBRs

·        Identify best practices from around Boomi, that can be rapidly deployed to improve efficiency and effectiveness in Customer Success.

The Experience You Bring : 

·        7+ yrs Analytics and People Leadership

·        Highly organized, with project management experience, with a bias toward automation and scale.

·        Strategic partner to field leadership, to get them what they need

·        Systems and automation oriented (SFDC, Clari, Datalake, PowerBI)

·        Creative problem solver, leverage prior experience and logic to get us to the best, fastest, outcome possible

·        Experience as a motivating People Leader

·        Bachelor’s degree

 Bonus Points If You Have:

·        MBA

·        Global leadership experience a plus

Compensation
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in Canada ranges between 120,000 - 151,000 CAD annually + applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
