• You will lead and manage procurement projects in national and international companies across all sectors and play a critical part in shaping the future Ways of Working for our clients. This includes recent trends for risk management and ESG.
• You will drive business expansion, both via business development activities and project delivery, further strengthen our growing capability.
• You will manage design and implementation of new procurement operating models and develop a change management approach enabling a successful implementation and sustained results.
• You will apply leading strategic sourcing methodologies and practices for cost optimization, including ESG and GHG requirements if necessary.
• You will develop an international professional network across the firm and with clients.

• You have a university degree and you have gained a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3-4 years in a management consultancy firm.
• You have strong analytical and project management skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
• You are experienced in leading and managing Procurement transformation, cost optimization and change programs with risk management and ESG goals.
• You have a strong network in the mentioned industries. Ideally, you bring a track record of business development and sales achievements.
• You have a good understanding of the current technology solutions for sourcing & procurement.
• You are fluent in English and ideally German or French as well as flexible with regards to travelling.
