This role strikes a balance between leadership and technical depth. It supports a high-performing team focusing on uptime, scalability, and developer enablement. You’ll help drive our infrastructure roadmap, champion DevOps best practices, and cultivate a culture of reliability, learning, and high performance.

Prioritize team projects in alignment with business needs, ensuring strong execution and technical quality. Guide technical decision-making in collaboration with Staff/Principal ICs, balancing operational needs with innovation and risk management.

Operational Excellence: Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance across our core infrastructure platforms. Lead incident response efforts and postmortems, driving continuous learning and root cause elimination. Own budget- and resource-conscious planning for vendor tools, cloud usage, and future growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, and IT to align on platform goals and support developer productivity. Communicate project status, risks, and impact clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with InfoSec and legal partners to ensure compliance and best practices in system security and privacy.
