Zscaler is seeking an experienced Manager, Travel & Operations to oversee daily company travel for employees. This role involves managing a team of 25+ individuals across 3 shifts, covering global time zones. Responsibilities include ensuring quality and cost-effective travel adherence to company policy, promptly addressing travel requests via ServiceNow, and developing team members. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the travel industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Must have:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Travel, Hospitality Industry, Tourism
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Manager in a reputed organization
  • Ensure quality, cost-effective travel adhering to Zscaler's Travel policy
  • Work with the Director of Global and Events to enhance employee travel experiences

We are looking for an experienced Manager, Travel & Operations to join our Travel team. Reporting to the Director, Global Travel & Events, you'll be responsible for:

  • Oversee daily company travel for employees, including airline tickets, hotels, and transportation for various activities like customer meetings, quarterly business reviews, sales conferences, and marketing events.
  • Lead a team of 25+ people, organized into 3 shifts covering global time zones. Rotate shifts every three months to ensure round-the-clock, 7-day-a-week coverage.
  • Ensure quality, cost-effective travel adhering to Zscaler's Travel policy & ensure all travel requests via ServiceNow are promptly addressed, booked and saved in SharePoint.
  • Work with the Director of Global and Events to enhance employee travel experiences and develop team members through orientation, training, objective setting, and, while building morale and maintaining discipline.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes to increase department efficiency, reduce risks, and cut costs and ensure systems and controls are in place as per procedure manuals, meeting established timelines.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Master in Commerce, Bachelor of Commerce, Master In business Management
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Travel, Hospitality Industry, Tourism
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Manager in a reputed organization

  • Ability to work with all levels of management
  • Excellent managerial skill to maintain very comfortable environment within the team
