The Manager, User Acquisition will lead efforts in driving significant user growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset. Must have:

5+ years of experience in app user acquisition.
Experience managing a large paid social and programmatic budget.
Ability to launch and learn into new channels.
Demonstrated ability to design and execute incrementality tests.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to have:

Understanding of statistical modeling and experimental design.
Experience driving high-scale acquisition from paid social and programmatic media buying.

We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Manager, User Acquisition to lead our efforts in driving significant user growth. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of leveraging creative, data and channel levers to optimize our media buying initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a bias for action and a commitment to continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Strategic Media Buying:
Develop and execute end-to-end user acquisition strategies aligned with driving exponential user growth under payback guardrails.
Utilize a deep understanding of multiple advertising platforms’ algorithmic functions to maximize campaign performance.
Data-Driven Experimentation:
Quickly analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights and inform decision-making.
Design and execute incrementally tests to measure the true impact of marketing campaigns.
Creative Mindset:
Develop a thorough understanding of customer motivations and user behavior to enhance targeting and creative messaging.
Cross-Cultural Collaboration:
Clearly communicate insights to stakeholders. Partner with cross-functional teams around the globe to drive user growth.

What You'll Need

5+ years proven experience in app user acquisition. Directly managing an 8-figure+ paid social and programmatic budget.
Experience launching and learning into multiple new channels from the ground up, outside of usual domain expertise (e.g. launching paid search campaigns, coming from a paid social background).
Demonstrated ability to design and execute incrementality tests quickly and efficiently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Understanding of statistical modeling and experimental design (e.g. bayesian methods, causal inference).
Experience driving high-scale acquisition from paid social and programmatic media buying, but not exclusive to these channels.

$120,000 - $150,000 a year
