 With a focus on India, KRAFTON is dedicated to nurturing the gaming and start-up ecosystem. In line with this commitment, KRAFTON initiated the KRAFTON India Gaming Incubator (KIGI) in October 2023. KIGI aims to support 6-10 teams annually with program durations ranging from six months to one year. Additionally, KRAFTON India has invested over $150 million in the Indian market in the past two years and has committed an additional $150 million to the Indian start-up ecosystem over the next three years.

[ ABOUT THE ROLE]

Oversee workplace services, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness, while managing travel and procurement needs.

[ RESPONSIBILITIES]

• Day-to-day management of facilities in alignment with the General Affairs Lead, ensuring they are functional, safe, and well-maintained.
• Manage company's travel portal, explore and negotiate with partners to secure cost-effective, high-quality solutions. Monitor travel expenses, contribute to updating travel policies, and ensure compliance with the policy.
• Participate in initiatives related to ergonomics, emergency preparedness, and workplace safety protocols.
• Manage the budget for workplace services, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to workplace expenditures.
• Build and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality workplace services.
• Lead sustainability efforts within the workplace, promoting energy efficiency, waste reduction, and eco-friendly practices.
• Manage procurement across services, equipment, and supplies. This includes sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
• Serve as POC for general affairs related inquiries, resolving issues and coordinating between different stakeholders

[ REQUIREMENTS]

• Degree in any discipline with 8-10 years of experience in facilities and procurement management.
• Expertise in budget management, vendor sourcing, and travel policies.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Competent in travel platforms and workplace software tools.
• Effective communication and multitasking under tight deadlines.
