Job Description
As a Manual QC Specialist at Amanotes, you'll ensure high-quality and stability for popular music games like Magic Tiles 3 and Tiles Hop. Responsibilities include creating efficient testing protocols, identifying and reporting bugs (game functions, graphics, logic, design, content), improving game quality and stability for new releases, planning QC methodology, creating test cases, tracking issues, and identifying/correcting process weaknesses. You'll collaborate with the development team to enhance player experience and ensure product quality before market release. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Must have:
- 1+ years manual testing experience
- Jira or bug-tracking tool experience
- Agile/Scrum knowledge
- Testing game functions, graphics, and logic
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Understanding of Android & iOS

Manual QC Specialist - Hybrid Games (Magic Tiles 3, Tiles Hop,...) (Based in HCMC)

Objectives
- Make Amanotes product high quality with high stability testing process and create awesome music games & apps which provide multi million users worldwide
What you will do
- Create an effective, efficient testing protocol to be used across all products
- Identify issues and give detail description, make recommendations and report on compliance
- Testing games under development in order to detect and describe all abnormal behaviors (bugs) regarding game functions, graphics, logic, design and content… Such bugs need to be reported to the development team for resolving to ensure the best game player experience and game overall quality before being released to the market
- Make product increase quality and stable for any new release updates
- Plan QC methodology, planning for each product
- Create test cases for each features/products testing
- Keep track of all the issues submitted by the test team
- Identify weaknesses, correct those weaknesses to continually improve the process
Qualifications
- At least 1 years of experience in manual testing knowledge about software/ game testing protocols
- Experience with Jira or other bug-tracking tools
- Experience in software development process Agile/Scrum
- Time management, Logical thinking
- High standards of work and willingness to meet and exceed expectations
- Adaptability and willingness to improve processes and own development
- Proactively help and assist colleagues and maintain a ‘can do’ attitude when under pressure
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Passion and enthusiasm for the role and the company
- Problem-solving skills
- Medium English skills (reading, writing & reporting)
- Understand the native behavior of each OS (Android & IOS) and have an effective testing strategy

- Love music/games Work with game industry area, familiar with Game Engine and white box testing
- ISTQB certification
