The Market Configuration Specialist will play a crucial role in bringing Darwin Evolve to life by driving innovation in configuration methods. They will translate market requirements into applied configurations using cutting-edge tools and best practices. The specialist will support the demo strategy by configuring demo sites and collaborating with stakeholders. They will also contribute to process improvements and be recognized as a thought leader in configuration standards. This role involves collaboration with Product, Technology, and Delivery teams to drive impactful outcomes for clients. The specialist will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects and tasks while ensuring these are completed on time and within scope.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team and play a crucial role in bringing Darwin Evolve to life! 
 
As a Market Configuration Specialist within our Market Strategy & Automation team (MS&A) in Darwin, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation in configuration methods that are tailored to specific markets or propositions. Your expertise will be instrumental in establishing best practices and supporting the business in adopting these configurations to enhance scalability and efficiency. 
 
In addition, you will be responsible for supporting our business strategy by delivering impressive demos to our prospects and clients. Your deep understanding of the markets you work in will enable you to meet deliverables with the utmost quality, aligning with the high standards set by the MS&A team. 
 
Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role, as you will closely collaborate with the Product, Technology, and Delivery teams. Together, you will contribute to the success of Darwin Evolve and drive impactful outcomes for our clients. 

We will count on you to:
•    Unleash your creativity and expertise by translating market requirements into applied configuration using cutting-edge tools and best practices, helping inform propositional and product development 
•    Take defined business offerings and validate technical feasibility to then work with wider stakeholders to help ensure and achieve business feasibility  
•    Work to understand, validate and ensure business readiness for new features being delivered as part of the feature release process 
•    Support our demo strategy by working closely with Client Solutions team. Leading the configuration of demo sites on Darwin Evolve to support sales to new and existing clients, both globally and locally. 
•    Elevate our demo strategy to new heights by collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. Shape the future of our demos by understanding their needs and working closely with teams such as Product Management to deliver exceptional experiences 
•    Proactively improving how configuration standards are used In-Project: play a pivotal role in processes such as Template testing and Template fidelity reviews, helping to inform actions to help address any issues at root cause and help drive adoption across the business. 
•    Be recognized as a thought leader in configuration standards, sharing your insights and best practices with colleagues and stakeholders. Your expertise will inspire others to embrace continuous improvement and strive for excellence in their work. 
•    Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects and tasks while ensuring these are completed on time and within scope.
•    Support the development, delivery and evaluate training and supplemental materials.

•    Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical concepts, understand user requirements, and translate them into clear and concise documentation. 
•    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, ensuring effective and professional communication with stakeholders. 
•    Proven adaptability and resilience in dynamic and evolving organizational environments, displaying the ability to thrive amidst change. 
•    Self-motivated and proactive, consistently delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision. 
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, enabling the identification and resolution of complex issues.
