We are looking for a dedicated Market Intelligence Lead to join our team in Bucharest, Romania!

The Market Intelligence Lead will be responsible for driving actionable insights to support sales strategy and business planning. This role will oversee market research, competitive analysis, and current and prospectiveclient insights, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Operations, the Market Intelligence Lead will be a key contributor in identifying growth opportunities, optimizing sales efforts, and positioning the company as an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the market intelligence function, ensuring accurate and timely market research, competitive analysis, and strategic insights.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, regulatory landscapes, and customer behavior in key strategic markets.
• Benchmark competitors by performing product comparisons and identifying opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
• Generate client-specific insights and deep dives to support sales pitches and strategic discussions.
• Design and implement data libraries and dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to align outputs with strategic business needs.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all market intelligence deliverables.
• Provide strategic recommendations on market opportunities, competitive positioning, and emerging trends.
• Align business intelligence insights with sales and leadership priorities to drive revenue growth.
• Produce high quality data driven white papers, together with Marketing to establish the company as a market leaderю

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Certifications in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or equivalent) are a plus.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role within business intelligence, market research, or analytics.
• Experience in iGaming, B2B SaaS, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of market research methodologies, competitor analysis, and client behavior analytics.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into strategic recommendations.
• Strong data visualization and presentation skills to create impactful reports.
• Ability to lead projects or small teams ensuring accurate delivery of BI outputs.
