Job Description

As a Market Manager – Metro TCE Projects, you will be responsible for the management, development, and administration of urban transport infrastructure projects. Your mission will be to ensure the monitoring of assigned works contracts and the relationship with clients and partners related to these contracts. You will be a key player in the realization and optimization of tramway and metro projects, considering technical, contractual, and financial constraints.
Must have:
  • Technical monitoring and project management of works
  • Contractual and financial management of the contract
  • Management of site meetings and client reporting
  • Coordination of work supervision teams, interface with OPC
  • Review, approval, synthesis of technical documents
  • Participation in related MOE missions
  • Drafting reserve lists, handling incidents/disputes
  • Direct collaboration with Project Director and engineering team
Good to have:
  • Engineering school degree or equivalent (MASTER 2)
  • Proficiency in public works standards and techniques
  • In-depth knowledge of public procurement (MOP law)
  • Ability to manage complex works and multidisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • Excellent communication with various stakeholders
  • Rigor, organizational skills, and stress management
  • Results-oriented and ability to make quick decisions

As a Market Manager – Metro TCE Projects, you will be responsible for the management, development, and administration of urban transport infrastructure projects. Your mission will be to ensure the monitoring of the works contracts assigned to you and the relationship with clients and partners related to these works contracts. You will be a key player in the realization and optimization of tramway and metro projects, taking into account technical, contractual, and financial constraints.

Missions as MARKET MANAGER – METRO TCE PROJECT:

  • Technical monitoring and project management of works (progress, compliance, lifting of hold points)
  • Contractual and financial management of the contract (modifications, amendments, negotiation)
  • Management of site meetings and client reporting (deadlines, costs, interfaces, quality)
  • Coordination of work supervision teams, interface with the OPC (Project Management Assistance)
  • Review, approval, synthesis of technical documents (quality & compliance control)
  • Participation in related MOE (Project Management) missions: interface management, network synthesis, OPC
  • Drafting of reserve lists, handling of incidents and disputes during the GPA (Perfect Completion Guarantee) phase
  • Direct collaboration with the Project Director and the engineering team

Qualifications

  • Diploma / field of study / target schools:
  • From an engineering school or equivalent (MASTER 2)

Technical skills:

  • Proficiency in public works standards and techniques
  • In-depth knowledge of public procurement (MOP law)
  • Ability to manage complex works and to manage multidisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency in project management tools

Personal skills:

  • Excellent communication with various stakeholders (client, MOE, company)
  • Rigor, organizational skills, and stress management
  • Results-oriented and ability to make quick decisions in unforeseen circumstances
