Why do consumers behave the way they do? What motivates or prevents them from buying or using certain products? How do they make their decisions? By delivering actionable insights, you’ll help our clients better understand their customers, shape future marketing strategies and optimize sales performance.
Must have:
  • Manage ad hoc market research projects from start to finish
  • Translate client needs into smart, well-crafted questionnaires and surveys
  • Coordinate with scripting, fieldwork, and data-processing teams
  • Turn large volumes of data into clear, client-ready PowerPoint reports
  • Maintain regular communication with internal teams and clients
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an economic or psychological field
  • Solid grasp of statistics and research methodologies
  • Familiarity with tools like SPSS or R
  • Native Dutch or French speaker
  • Fluent in English

As a Market Research Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in answering critical questions for both producers and retailers. Why do consumers behave the way they do? What motivates or prevents them from buying or using certain products? How do they make their decisions?

By delivering actionable insights, you’ll help our clients better understand their customers, shape future marketing strategies and optimize sales performance.

What you'll do

  • Manage ad hoc market research projects from start to finish, in close collaboration with consultants.
  • Translate client needs into smart, well-crafted questionnaires and surveys.
  • Coordinate with scripting, fieldwork, and data-processing teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Turn large volumes of data into clear, client-ready PowerPoint reports that highlight key findings and actionable insights.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance project efficiency and quality.

What we’re looking for in you

  • You’re passionate about data, spotting patterns, and understanding consumer behavior, especially in the FMCG and food industry.
  • You recently earned a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an economic or psychological field.
  • Ideally, you have 1+ years of experience in ad hoc market research.
  • You’re a strong organizer who ensures all project phases run smoothly and efficiently.
  • You have a solid grasp of statistics and research methodologies.
  • You’re familiar with tools like SPSS or R.
  • You’re a native Dutch or French speaker (essential) – and fluent in English.
  • You’re a hands-on team player who knows when to focus, and when to have fun.
