Job Description

This 10-week Marketing Analytics for F2P Games course (April-June) offers a free, English-language education in Belgrade, Vilnius, Nicosia, Prague, or Warsaw. The course covers F2P game models, key metrics (LTV, ARPPU, RPI), marketing fundamentals, user acquisition, monetization strategies, and cohort analysis. Participants will learn to analyze game performance and optimize marketing efforts. Successful completion may lead to a paid internship (minimum 20 hrs/wk). The course involves pre-recorded lectures, online feedback sessions, and practical tasks. Eligibility varies by location; Serbian passport holders are required for Belgrade, while work eligibility in the respective country is mandatory for other locations.

Job Details

Location: Belgrade, Vilnius, Nicosia, Prague, Warsaw 

Duration: 10 weeks, April -June 

Format: Pre-recorded lectures / online feedback sessions / practical tasks 

Application period: February – March  

Terms: Free course in English (6 hrs/wk for educational videos, feedback, and practical tasks) 

Eligibility: For Serbia - due to the type of contract for interns, only Serbian passport holders are eligible to apply. For Lithuania/Cyprus/ Czech Republic/ Poland - candidates should be eligible to work in Cyprus/ Lithuania/ Czech Republic/ Poland at the time of the application and for the whole period of the program. If you are not eligible to work at the program locations at the time of the application, you will not be allowed to move through all the stages of the process. 

Additional Information: Based on the performance during the course, some participants may be offered a paid internship (minimum 20 hrs/wk) in either Belgrade, Vilnius, Nicosia, Prague, or Warsaw. 

Proces for the candidate:

Step 3 Complete the test task;  

Step 4 Be patient: responses can take up to 3 weeks from the date of applications closing. 

Overview 

We invite talented students, university graduates, and young professionals without experience who want to change career paths by joining our course for Marketing Analytics for F2P Games. 

Free-to-play (F2P) games dominate the gaming market, and understanding their unique business models, metrics, and marketing strategies are essential for success.  

This course provides a foundational understanding of marketing analytics in F2P gaming, equipping students with both hard skills and industry knowledge to analyze game performance and optimize user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies. 

 

What will you learn? 

  • Fundamentals of F2P Gaming – Understand the basics of free-to-play game models, the F2P game life cycle, and the key factors that impact growth and sustainability. 
  • Essential Metrics & Performance Indicators – Learn about core audience metrics, including Retention, Lifetime (LT), Lifetime Value (LTV), Average Revenue Per Paying User (ARPPU), Revenue Per Install (RPI), and overall game revenue analysis. 
  • Game Marketing & User Acquisition – Gain insights into marketing fundamentals, key metrics, cohort analysis, attribution models, return on investment (ROI), and fraud detection. 
  • Monetization & Ad Strategies – Explore ad monetization basics, audience clustering, and game monetization models. 
  • Game Phases & Cross-Functional Insights – Study how different phases of a game’s life impact marketing strategies and monetization decisions. 

By the end of this course, you will have a solid foundation in marketing analytics, enabling you to interpret key data points, optimize user acquisition efforts, and be able to solve the main task for marketing analytics. This is an essential learning experience for those looking to build a career in marketing analytics or other areas in the gaming industry. 

 

What are we looking for? 

Technical & Quantitative Skills 

  • Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or basic data analysis tools; 
  • Some experience SQL, Python, or other analytical tools; 
  • English working proficiency. 

Analytical Mindset 

  • Strong interest in data-driven decision-making and problem-solving; 
  • Good understanding of statistics and data analysis; 
  • Ability to interpret and work with key marketing metrics. 

Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking 

  • Ability to analyze trends, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights; 
  • Comfort with working through complex data sets and making strategic recommendations. 

Eagerness to Learn & Adapt 

  • Open to learning new tools, methodologies, and industry best practices; 
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team setting; 
  • Strong communication skills to present insights effectively.
