Cantina is seeking a Marketing Analytics Lead to establish and manage its marketing analytics infrastructure. This role involves connecting user intent, downloads, and marketing investments across various channels to drive product growth. Key responsibilities include building analytics systems from scratch in collaboration with the tech team, integrating data from sources like AppFlyer and media platforms to create a unified performance view, tracking key funnel metrics for cost efficiency and ROI, developing insightful dashboards for leadership, analyzing channel performance for optimization, supporting influencer campaigns with tracking systems, and translating complex data into actionable recommendations for marketing strategy.

About the role:

We're looking for a Marketing Analytics Lead to build and oversee our full marketing analytics infrastructure. In this role, you'll connect the dots between user intent, downloads, high-value actions, and marketing investments across paid and organic channels to drive growth for our product.

A bit about the work:

  • Build Our Analytics Foundation: Develop and operationalize marketing analytics infrastructure working closely with our tech team. You'll get your hands dirty building systems from the ground up.

  • Connect Critical Data Points: Integrate data across multiple sources including AppFlyer, media platforms, and engagement metrics to create a unified view of our marketing performance.

  • Measure What Matters: Track key metrics along the funnel from clicks to installs to bot creation and sharing, with a focus on cost efficiency and ROI.

  • Create and Refine Dashboards: Develop intuitive dashboards that provide actionable insights to leadership and marketing teams.

  • Optimize Marketing Spend: Analyze channel performance to determine which tactics are driving results 

  • Support Influencer Campaigns: Create and manage tracking systems for influencer content to measure impact and engagement.

  • Drive Decision Making: Translate complex data into clear recommendations for marketing strategy and investment.

A bit about you:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics 

  • Must have experience using business analytics tools such as Looker

  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment preferably with a consumer facing product 

  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities

  • A collaborative team player who can build trust across departments

Location:

This is a hybrid role, based in either Los Angeles or San Francisco, as a majority of the Community Team is based in those cities. Cantina, Inc. currently has offices located in San Francisco, CA, Sunnyvale, CA, and Brooklyn, NY.  

Pay Equity: 

In compliance with Pay Transparency Laws, the base salary range for this role is between $150,000-$225,000 for those located in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City and Seattle, WA. When determining compensation, a number of factors will be considered, including skills, experience, job scope, location, and competitive compensation market data.

Benefits Summary:

  • Health Care —  99% of premiums for medical, vision, dental are fully paid for by Cantina, plus One Medical membership.
