Job Description

As a Marketing Analytics Manager at Dream Games, you will play a vital role in shaping marketing strategies through data-driven insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze user acquisition and campaign effectiveness, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance ROI. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing analytics frameworks, performing ad-hoc analyses, identifying conversion funnel opportunities, and working with data teams to improve attribution. This role requires strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and a passion for gaming.

Must have:

5+ years of marketing analytics experience
Experience in the gaming industry
Excel expertise
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Passion for games
Understanding of teamwork

Good to have:

Familiarity with performance marketing tools (Adjust, Appsflyer)
Experience with data analysis & visualization tools (SQL, Python, R, Looker)
Understanding of TV advertising campaign effectiveness

We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Analytics Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategies through data-driven insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights to enhance user acquisition and the effectiveness of both performance and brand marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing marketing analytics frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness
Working closely with Performance and Brand Marketing teams and providing strategic insights based on data analysis
Performing ad-hoc analyses to guide marketing decisions
Examining marketing performance and user conversion data funnel to identify opportunities to improve ROI
Working with external and internal data teams to enhance the attribution framework
Analyzing TV advertising campaign's effectiveness, assessing differences in performance across markets

Requirements

At least 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably within the gaming industry
Excel expertise is required
Familiarity with performance marketing measurement tools, such as Adjust or Appsflyer, is a plus
Experience using other data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Looker, or similar software is a plus
Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication skills
Passion and interest in games
Understanding and appreciation of teamwork
