As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for designing and executing marketing campaigns to increase sales and demand for GrabMart, GrabFood Dine Out, Self-Pickup, and other special projects. You will conduct market analysis, understand targeted market insights, create campaigns, and analyze business impact. You will also manage projects and stakeholders both internally and externally. The role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively to achieve marketing goals.

Must have:

2+ years of marketing or operations experience.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or communication.
Demonstrate positive attitude and collaborates effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent project management skills.
Enjoy brainstorming, idea generation, implementation and learning.

The GrabFood Marketing (ACE and Special Project) team is a team responsible for all marketing activities related to GrabMart, GrabFood Dine Out and Self-Pickup and other special projects. We make an impact by driving exponential growth to the business. If you are looking for something dynamic and challenging then you should join our team!

Get to Know the Role

You will lead campaign execution from end-to-end to increase sales and demand for any ACE and Special Project services and tracking the campaign performance. Our ambition is to be market leader of food delivery app in Thailand. You will report to Marketing Manager - Mart, Express, ACE TH and will be based 5 days onsite.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Design and execute marketing campaign including market analysis, understanding targeted market insights, creating campaigns and understand business impact.
Analyze and make insightful report for business metrics
Manage projects and stakeholder management both internally and externally

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

2+ years of experience in a marketing or operations-related field
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication or other advertising
Demonstrate positive attitude and collaborates effectively with the teams across multiple teams
You are able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Excellent in project management skill
Enjoy brainstorming, idea generation, implementation and learning.
