Marketing Campaign Manager

We’re looking to hire a Marketing Campaign Manager for a financial services client. This marketing team oversees marketing campaigns that engage both prospective and current customers.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity with the potential to convert. This is a hybrid role is located in Wilmington, DE.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage multiple marketing campaigns of varying complexity across email, direct mail, and digital channels.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
• Oversee campaign documentation, including requirements, timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate end-to-end execution of campaigns while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and address potential risks while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
• Maintain clear and organized communication among stakeholders to drive project success.

Requirements: 

• 1+ years of experience in marketing execution, project coordination, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, team facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, influence stakeholders, and lead initiatives effectively.
• Have experience working in a regulated industry with an understanding of risk and compliance considerations in marketing campaign management.
• Develop and maintain detailed campaign documentation.
• Possess a strong understanding of core marketing channels, including Digital, Email, and Direct Mail.

• *To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
