Job Description

Job Overview:

As a Marketing Communications Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and refining our communication strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze communication data, generate actionable insights, and collaborate across departments to enhance our campaigns. Your ability to extract, interpret, and present data will drive key business decisions and improve overall communication effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis: Analyze user behavior and communication impact using MSTR/Excel, SQL, and Marketing Automation Tools, while developing reports and dashboards to identify key trends and actionable insights.
Communication Strategy: Collaborate with teams cross functionally to develop and execute data-driven, multi-channel communication strategies, optimizing campaigns through A/B testing and performance analysis.
Reporting & Insights: Present clear, actionable insights by translating communication data for stakeholders, while optimizing messaging through A/B testing and data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
Technical Expertise: Proficient in Jira, SQL, Excel, and Marketing Automation, with the ability to extract and analyze data while translating insights into compelling narratives for business decisions.

Experience and Qualifications

You have a degree in Statistics, Economics, or Data Science.
You have 2+ years of data analysis or marketing analytics experience, ideally in gaming or entertainment.
You're Proficient in MSTR/Excel, have strong SQL skills, and are experienced with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
If you're a data-savvy professional eager to drive success in real-money gaming, that would be a great plus.
