We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team and ensure the seamless execution of our projects.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee and coordinate the execution of our marketing projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. You will be responsible for following up on project tasks, controlling timelines, ensuring timely delivery, and coordinating with various teams to plan activities, bonuses, and creatives.

What You'll Do

General: 

  • Build and execute the marketing strategy with the partners and their traditional marketing agencies. Prepare plans for targeting the right audience, conveying the brand's value proposition, and achieving the desired business objectives. 

  • Brand related responsibilities: 

  • Define and strengthen the brand's positioning, voice, and identity across all digital channels. 

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity in all marketing materials and communications. 

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports 

 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Project Coordination: Manage and oversee all aspects of marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. 

  • Timeline Management: Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, tracking progress and ensuring all tasks are completed as scheduled. 

  • Task Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with team members and partners to ensure project tasks are being completed and address any issues or delays promptly. 

  • Delivery Oversight: Monitor the delivery of project components, ensuring high-quality standards are met and deliverables are completed on schedule. 

  • Advance Planning: Coordinate with internal teams to plan activities, bonuses, and creatives at least three weeks in advance, ensuring all necessary preparations are made. 

  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any questions or concerns. 

  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence. 

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. 

  • Collaboration: Manage weekly process to align all staff. Work closely with creative, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.  

What We're Looking For

  • This is a hands-on position. 

  • Reary to work over time with partners from different time zone. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a marketing agency or similar environment. 

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and project management methodologies. 

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. 

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools. 

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. 

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Ready to travel. 

  • Hybrid job. 3 day’s at the office. 

  • Advanced knowledge of computers and Windows Office Programs. 

  • Highly developed verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills and able to relate to others, and maintain a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor while assisting members and co-workers throughout the day. 

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and can work effectively and efficiently while maintaining a high level of member service
