本ポジションは、2022年より始動した世界初のthatgamecompanyの支社となるthatgamecompany Japan合同会社に所属し、SNS投稿用の静止画/動画、デジタル広告用静止画/動画をはじめとした日本のSkyにおけるクリエイティブ制作を担うポジションです。

リモートワークでのお仕事となり、日本国内であれば勤務場所は問いませんが、日本のメンバー及び本社のメンバーと協力する事が必須になります。

業務内容

• デジタルマーケティング用広告の制作（素材用のゲームキャプチャから仕上げまで）
• SNS投稿用画像/動画の制作
• クリエイティブ配信結果の理解とデータに基づいたクリエイティブ立案
• 日本支社、本社マーケティングチームとの交渉、報告

応募条件

• モバイルゲーム広告、SNS投稿用画像、動画の制作経験
• データに基づいたクリエイティブ制作経験
• Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, after effects, Illustrator,Final cut等の使用経験
• Skyのプレイ経験
• TGCのコアバリューに共感して頂けること
• ネイティブレベルの日本語
• リモート環境での働き方にフレキシブルに対応可能な方

以下の経歴・技能は必須ではございませんが、選考にあたり優遇いたします。

• SNSでのファンアート投稿経験
• 英語
• 広告代理店、ゲーム会社の勤務経験
• ゲーム好き

雇用形態・給与

• 年棒400万円-650万円（経験に基づき決定）
• 契約社員（実績次第で社員登用有）

Job Description

thatgamecompany is best recognized for creating award-winning, enriching, and meaningful game titles such as Journey, Flower, and flOw. Since launching our newest release, Sky: The Children of the Light, the game has already attracted millions of installs in Japan, with a core base of passionate fans.

To expand the circle of compassion, altruism, and giving—as this is Sky's heart—the team needs support from passionate players with a creative and inspirational soul to deliver product value via an aesthetic form of media and deep sympathy with Sky's philosophy. 

This position is within thatgamecompany Japan, the first overseas branch established by thatgamecompany in 2022. You will be responsible for creative production in Japan for Sky including static images/videos for social media posts and digital advertising.

Responsibilities

• Production of digital marketing advertisements (from game capture to final output)

• Creation of images/videos for social media posts
• Understanding of creative delivery results and ideation based on data
• Negotiation and reporting with the Japan branch and headquarters

Requirements:

• Experience in producing ads for games, social media images/videos

• Experience in creative production based on data
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Final Cut, etc.
• Experience in playing "Sky"
• Alignment with TGC's core values
• Native-level Japanese proficiency
• Flexibility to work in a remote environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in posting fan art on social media

• Proficiency in English
• Previous employment in advertising agencies or game companies
• Passion for gaming

Compensation: 

• Annual salary: ¥4,000,000 - ¥6,500,000 (depending on experience)

• Contract employee (possibility of becoming a full-time employee based on performance)
