As a Marketing Data Analyst supporting the Marketing Finance and Analytics team at Behavior, you will play a key role in managing, analyzing, and tracking sales, web and in-game data to assess the performance of game titles and marketing campaigns. By providing actionable insights, you'll help drive strategic decision-making.

In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that data is accurately collected, reported, and analyzed to fuel business growth. You'll be part of a newly consolidated, collaborative team dedicated to delivering data-driven insights that enhance marketing and financial outcomes.

In this role, you will:

    • Manage and analyze sales data to report on the performance of marketing campaigns and game titles.
    • Develop and optimize data collection methods, reporting processes, and collaborate with cross functional teams (marketing, player insight, product and finance).
    • Analyze business, financial, in-game, and web data to create financial models that inform decision-making and strategy development.
    • Assess marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
    • Track and report on marketing costs, helping marketing directors and brand managers manage budgets effectively.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards for digital marketing data and provide ad-hoc reports as needed.
    • Train and support teams in using data tools to enhance reporting and ensure data governance.

What we're looking for:

    • 3 years of experience in data analytics or marketing/finance analytics.
    • Proficiency in Excel (essential).
    • Ability to synthesize deep data-driven analyses.
    • Eagerness to learn and ability to perform data manipulations autonomously.
    • Interest in marketing, finance, and data.
    • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
    • Nice to have:
    • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
    • Familiarity with programming languages, primarily SQL.
    • Experience with ad network platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
    • Interest or experience in the video game industry.
