What you will move with us:
- Use analysis tools to gain insights into target groups, content, brands, communication channels, and industries – for the development of content strategies and for the ongoing improvement of our projects.
- Work with market media studies (AWA, b4p,...), social listening tools (Talkwalker), Google Analytics etc. to extract, process, and interpret data.
- You develop and maintain reports and dashboards, including automation.
- Process ad-hoc requests for usable data, visualize results, and create recommendations for action.
- Support daily operational business with data, analyses, and insights and coordinate closely with the departments within the Axel Springer Group.
What you bring:
- You have a completed degree with an analytical focus and several years of professional experience in the data or analytics field.
- Your good understanding of data structures and data management, consumer insights, as well as your strong analytical thinking skills, help you in your daily work.
- You have experience in deriving insights and providing recommendations and action plans for communication, marketing, and channel strategies.
- You possess very good knowledge of common business analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 360) and ideally knowledge of query, scripting & programming languages used in the data environment (e.g., SQL, Javascript, Python).
- Together with others, you achieve the best results, communicate them clearly, motivate, and inspire your colleagues.
- You have very good German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2).
