Our client is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join their team. This mid-level career position is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to apply their expertise in a diverse and collaborative environment.

This is a full-time 12-month contract opportunity. The role is located in Charlotte, North Carolina and is hybrid onsite.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities: 

• Develop and manage strategic annual marketing plans that translate product features into benefits, maximizing customer response rates and ROI

• Lead and organize multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously to meet product goals and timelines

• Manage the creative development associated with marketing plans and campaigns

• Develop, track, and report on campaign metrics and analytics

• Serve as the liaison with key internal and external stakeholders to build alignment on marketing communications

• Research content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing

• Create content for a variety of platforms including newsletters, websites, and social media

Marketing Manager Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years related work experience in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or Communications

• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and writing skills

• Strong project management, planning, and organizing skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and take actions to resolve

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in the utility industry

• Knowledge of utility tariffs and regulatory requirements with utility programs

• Knowledge of electric vehicles (EV) and EV programs

• Ability to write both long and short form content as needed
