On Location seeks a Marketing Manager for its B2C team focused on the FIFA World Cup 26™. This role will execute fan marketing strategies for premium hospitality offerings across integrated consumer marketing programs. Responsibilities include executing B2C marketing efforts, managing marketing calendars, researching relevant campaigns, collaborating with agency partners, analyzing performance metrics, developing marketing assets, managing agency briefs and RFPs, ensuring compliance with FIFA and On Location brand standards, and working cross-functionally with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably within sports and entertainment, possessing strong presentation, project management, analytical, and strategic skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment are key.
Must have:
  • 3-5 years experience in B2C consumer marketing (sports & entertainment preferred)
  • Experience in digital, social media, event marketing, and marketing operations
  • Excellent presentation and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good to have:
  • Bilingual (French/Spanish)
  • Passion for soccer and FIFA World Cup familiarity

The Role and What You’ll Do: 

On Location is looking for a Marketing Manager to join the B2C Marketing team for FIFA World Cup 26™. This role will help execute fan marketing strategy for premium hospitality offerings across integrated, consumer marketing programs. 

 

Marketing Execution: 

  • Execute B2C marketing efforts, taking campaigns from insights & strategy to implementation 

  • Own marketing calendars, cascading go-live dates and shifts to cross-functional partners 

  • Research & present case studies on relevant campaigns and products 

  • Maintain all necessary resources & decks in preparation of and for weekly cross-functional meetings and major marketing milestones 

  • Help manage collaboration with and requests from agency partners 

  • Support the execution of experiential marketing campaigns 

 

Performance Tracking & Reporting: 

  • Analysis of engagement & performance metrics, adapting efforts to maximize impact  

  • Execute daily marketing responsibilities, including top of week reporting and maintenance of  marketing calendars 

 

Marketing Asset Development: 

  • Develop and own agency briefs and RFP’s  

  • Work closely with creative teams and agencies on the development of marketing assets, messaging and frameworks  

  • Manage the customization of marketing materials for different consumer groups to support their unique regional and audience-specific needs. 

 

Cross-Functional Partnership : 

  • Work across and be the main point of contact with a variety of internal members including creative, digital, crm, reporting and tech teams to ensure seamless collaboration 

 

Compliance & Brand Integrity: 

  • Confirm all consumer marketing efforts comply with FIFA and On Location brand standards, marketing guidelines, and legal regulations. 

 

You Have: 

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting consumer marketing campaigns including but not limited to digital, influencer, social media, OOH, events, and/or marketing operations, preferably with some portion of the experience within sports and entertainment 

  • Experience and comfort with presenting to multiple levels of the organization 

  • High attention to detail and project management skills 

  • A results-focused approach with experience managing multiple projects from start to finish 

  • A strategic mindset including interpreting data to inform strategy and execution 

  • Proactive disposition. You are resourceful, a self-starter and willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. 

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines 

 

We’d Love If You Also Have These: 

  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency (especially French and/or Spanish) 

  • Passion for soccer and familiarity with the FIFA World Cup

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.  Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.


Hiring Range Minimum:

$60,406 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$80,000 annually
