What You'll Do
- Lead and develop buzz-worthy marketing campaigns to drive awareness and effectively impact business goals.
- Push boundaries by testing innovative go-to-market strategies targeted to our key consumers, bringing innovation to the forefront of our plans and activations.
- Set the marketing mix to support campaigns including but not limited to; on-the-ground events, influencers, social, CRM, etc.
- Establish campaign KPIs and analyze campaign performance during and post-campaign to drive ongoing improvements and efficienciesHave your finger on the pulse of entertainment, social trends, and continually evaluate the competitive landscape of the entertainment category.
- Partner with product and engineering to develop solutions for improving user experience.
What You'll Bring
- Direct experience developing 360 marketing campaigns
- Experience making data-driven marketing decisions to improve and optimize campaigns
- Strong communication and organizational skills, and are a team-player
- The ability to operate and thrive under tight timelines and the ability to pivot with ease
- A curious creative mind, and strong eye for visual design
- Tapped into pop-culture and fandoms with an in-depth understanding of consumer affinities across film/television, publishing, games, etc
- An innate ability to keep up with, and understand what is relevant, on-trend, and outdated
