1. 了解熟悉海外（东南亚）游戏市场产业动态，积极发掘新机会点，对市场流行趋势具备较高敏感度，收集和整理海外游戏市场信息及产品信息；
2. 为在海外发行手游制定市场策略，并推进执行，包括不限于全球/特定区域市场策略、事件营销、买量渠道、品牌推广、平台合作、展会宣传等方面；
3. 能够总结分析营销项目，提出优化并推进下一步行动；同时具备一定数据分析和决策能力
Requirements:
1. 在游戏发行/运营/市场推广上有5年以上工作经验，有海外手游推广经验者优先；
2. 熟练掌握游戏市场推广的营销方法，思路清晰，表达流畅。具有很强的开拓性，沟通和资源整合能力强，能够整合内外部平台以及合作伙伴资源，建立和维护良好合作关系；
3. 对手游海外市场推广，有独到的见解，和实际的执行经验。
4. 对数据敏感，了解用户需求，有敏锐的洞察力和快速学习能力；
5. 有良好的团队沟通和执行能力，有较强的总结归纳能力，能撰写各类文档；
6. 热爱游戏，工作态度认真负责，具有良好的学习能力，抗压能力强，团队合作意识强；
7. 出色的英语能力，能使用英文作为工作语言，具有较强的英文文字组织能力和商务谈判能力；熟悉了解海外游戏市场者优先。
