岗位职责
岗位职责
- 负责IEGG在拉美区域游戏发行市场推广，覆盖当前发行的核心手游及重点端游，为产品的活跃/收入负责；
- 基于拉美区域用户特征及对应的产品属性，整合营销方案并落地执行，与总部及本地团队紧密配合；
- 直接管理及维护区域各类发行所需的本地资源及合作伙伴，包括核心网红/内容创作者/主流内容平台等；
- 积极探索符合拉美区域的全新推广及营销手段，能深入当地玩家核心社区，充分理解玩家需求。
岗位要求
岗位要求
- 本科以上学历，三年以上市场营销相关岗位经验；有游戏行业工作经验优先，有海外工作经历优先；
- 热爱游戏行业，有全球各类型主流端手游游戏经验优先；
- 良好的沟通和协作能力，能在跨国/跨文化/跨时差等条件下完成复杂项目落地；
- 英语口语流利，可作为工作语言；有西语/葡语能力优先。
