Job Description

As a Marketing Manager at Nagarro, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering impactful marketing campaigns and field programs to boost awareness, generate demand, and accelerate sales opportunities within the DACH region. You will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies. This role demands market analysis for identifying growth opportunities and optimizing existing campaigns, as well as creating engaging marketing assets like case studies and video testimonials. You'll also develop and deliver sales enablement content and collaborate with the communications team to enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate possesses strong B2B marketing expertise, particularly in SaaS or IT services, with a proven track record in field marketing and campaign execution.
Must Have:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
  • 7-8+ years B2B marketing experience (ideally SaaS/IT)
  • Demand generation, funnel & conversion optimization expertise
  • Deep understanding of technical service portfolios
  • Proven track record in field marketing and campaign execution
  • Expertise in Google Performance Max, LinkedIn, Meta Ads & Programmatic Advertising

Job Description

  • You plan and deliver impactful market level campaigns and field programs—to raise awareness, create demand, and accelerate existing opportunities.
  • You manage, measure, and optimize B2B our Marketing programs to engage DACH target accounts.
  • You will work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to develop successful GTM strategies.
  • You will conduct market analyses to identify growth opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
  • You produce customer marketing assets such as case studies and video testimonials to highlight product success stories.
  • You develop, maintain, and deliver sales enablement content to empower the sales team.
  • You are partnering with the communications team to deliver plans that increase market-level brand awareness, in line with market strategy.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English and German.
  • 7-8+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, IT Service or related industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of demand generation, funnel optimization and conversion optimization.
  • Ability to deeply understand technical aspects of our service portfolio.
  • Experience engaging with sales and leadership effectively and efficiently.
  • Proven track record in field marketing, campaign execution.
  • Proven expertise in Google Performance Max, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads & Programmatic Advertising.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot), and analytics platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and regions.
