Marketing Operations Associate

We’re looking to hire a Marketing Operations Associate for a leading retail media industry organization. As part of a dynamic Marketing Operations group, you will play a key role in driving clarity, consistency, and efficiency across team operations, high-priority project management, and cross-functional collaboration.  This role works across various internal teams—including Client Solutions, Brand Marketing, and Growth Marketing—to streamline processes, manage workflows, and ensure consistent execution of marketing operations.

This is a  opportunity until September 2025 with the potential to extend. The role is hybrid in Hoboken, NJ.

Pay: $40-45/hour + benefits, paid weekly!

Responsibilities: 

• Partner with key team members to manage high-impact projects and initiatives across marketing teams
• Facilitate meetings, take notes, and translate feedback into actionable plans
• Analyze current workflows to identify improvement opportunities and implement scalable processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain consistent ways of working
• Support the rollout and adoption of project management tools (e.g., Workfront), ensuring optimal usage
• Gather feedback from pilot projects and iterate on process improvements in an agile environment
• Maintain team documentation, tools, and process frameworks
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing organization

Requirements: 

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or process mapping
• Demonstrated success in change management within marketing teams
• Strong PowerPoint presentation and communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
• Able to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Strong ability to set expectations and follow through with clarity
