What You'll Do

Do you love data and how data can inspire and drive change? Epic Games is looking for a Marketing Performance Manager. In this role you will turn millions of rows of data into actionable insights, build scalable reporting and help the Paid Media team activate and optimize their campaigns to engage users across our different products.

In this role, you will

  • Extract data from multiple data sources and systems, combining them into cleaned datasets for analytics, modeling and insight generation
  • Conduct hypothesis testing and design complex experiments to help the paid media team understand the value of their ad buys and how to improve performance
  • Apply statistical methods such as linear and non-linear regression, multivariate analysis to interpret results
  • Help define and build easily digestible core reporting suites that are used to diagnose, optimize campaign performance across all paid media partners
  • Write code and logic in a way that enables efficient and accurate translation into a data pipeline and ETL processing
  • Intake business questions as an analytics problem and devise a concrete set of analytical tasks to answer those questions
  • Articulate decision-making rationale, solutions, methodologies and frameworks to both technical and non-technical partners

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of previous analytics experience (marketing analytics experience is a plus)
  • 2+ years using advanced SQL knowledge
  • Mathematics, Science, Statistics or Technical degree preferred otherwise relevant experience is applicable
  • Ability to translate data into easy-to-understand written and verbal communication
  • Flair for business acumen, problem solving and critical reasoning skills
  • First-hand experience with experimentation set up and measurement
  • Team player who actively listens, collaborates, and is able to work with multiple verticles and competencies
  • Python, Scala or R or any other major ML language a plus

This role is open to multiple locations across the US (including CA & NYC).

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).

New York City Base Pay Range
$120,443$176,649 USD
California Base Pay Range
$105,990$155,452 USD
