Job Description

This role involves comprehensive marketing planning for game products, specifically Shining Nikki. Key responsibilities include conducting preliminary research such as extracting product selling points and user surveys, participating in the development and implementation of promotion strategies, and coordinating with various departments. The position also entails planning and executing core creative communication events like live broadcasts, brand collaborations, and offline activities to monitor and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
Must have:
  • Complete preparatory work before formulating game product promotion strategies and plans, i.e., extracting product selling points, user research, and market hotness research on intended promotion themes.
  • Participate in the formulation of game product promotion strategies and plans, coordinate various cooperating departments to implement the plans, and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing promotion activities.
  • Responsible for the planning and execution of core communication creative events during product promotion, including live broadcasts, brand collaborations, and offline activities.

  • Majors in marketing, advertising, journalism, communication, public relations, economics, etc.
  • Rich experience in female-oriented games (Nuan Nuan IP)
  • Excellent in copywriting, aesthetic ability, creativity, and coordination skills

Job Requirements

1. Majors in marketing, advertising, journalism, communication, public relations, economics, etc., are preferred, sensitive to data, and have strong data analysis skills;

2. Good at communication, organized, high work efficiency, with a good work attitude and innovative awareness;

3. Familiar with content platforms such as Weibo, Bilibili, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, love games, and have rich experience in female-oriented games (Nuan Nuan IP) are preferred;

4. Possess certain user insight capabilities, understand the differences and commonalities of user ecosystems on various content platforms;

5. Proficient in office tools such as WORD, EXCEL, PPT, and able to use PS, PR for simple image editing and video editing;

6. Excellent in copywriting, aesthetic ability, creativity, and coordination skills are preferred.
