2. Good at communication, organized, high work efficiency, with a good work attitude and innovative awareness;
3. Familiar with content platforms such as Weibo, Bilibili, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, love games, and have rich experience in female-oriented games (Nuan Nuan IP) are preferred;
4. Possess certain user insight capabilities, understand the differences and commonalities of user ecosystems on various content platforms;
5. Proficient in office tools such as WORD, EXCEL, PPT, and able to use PS, PR for simple image editing and video editing;
6. Excellent in copywriting, aesthetic ability, creativity, and coordination skills are preferred.
