Responsibilities include team management framework planning and maintenance, communication and collaboration across teams and cultures, timeline and documentation management, and process improvement to streamline workflows between Rovio and Sega. The ideal candidate will be a strong organizer, communicator, and problem-solver with experience in marketing and project management, comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating across geographical locations.
