The Digital Marketing/SEA Specialist will be responsible for managing paid ads campaigns (Google/Bing) across European markets to generate demand. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns; collaborating with local experts on budget, timing, and content; defining integrated paid media strategies; managing A/B testing; identifying scaling opportunities; analyzing competitor activity; sharing best practices globally; and guiding local experts. The role requires a service provider mindset and a strong focus on collaboration and delivering results.

Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing/SEA Specialist to join our dynamic European team for demand generation. This role will be responsible for driving paid ads campaigns (mainly Google/Bing) across our European markets, serving as inhouse service provider in close collaboration with all demand manager specialists across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

· SEA campaign planning and management: Develop, execute, and optimize paid ads/PPC campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition in various European markets (e.g. ES, IT, DE, BE, NL, UK)

· Alignment with local experts: Collaborate with team members across Europe to align on budget, timing, campaign specifics and content (as campaigns are executed in local languages, you will receive the copy/keywords from our local experts)

· Define full funnel integrated paid media strategies aligned with goals.

· Establish media plans, audience segmentation and definition of KPIs according to funnel and goals.

· Testing and learning: Set up and manage A/B testing to continually increase campaign performance, stay up to date on the latest Google Ads features and best practices, provide reports and insights to the local experts on campaign performance and ROI.

· Identify opportunities that can be scaled to paid or integrated within enabled campaigns.

· Monitoring and analysis of competition activity, reporting valuable insights and new ideas to stand out.

· Global Collaboration: Engage in best-practice sharing and participate in international workshops to foster collaboration and innovation across global teams.

· Provide guidance and share your experience with the local experts: analyze the campaign structure, strategy, keywords and ads quality in the country accounts, conduct regular audits of the accounts and performance, provide suggestions for optimization and implement it

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of proven experience in Google and Bing, other platforms like Facebook or LinkedIn is a strong plus

· Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making, experienced with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Conductor.

· Working experience in agencies and campaign management, a service provider mindset is a must

· Strategic mindset, attention to detail and strong communication and collaboration skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

· Confident business English and at least one another European language (Spanish, German, Italian or Dutch) is a strong plus
