Materials Cycle Counter – Conroe, TX

We have an opportunity for a Materials Cycle Counter to join our Conroe, TX team. You will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing and production of Pentair products.  You will perform inventory management procedures including cycle counts and adjustments on Pentair products. 

You will: 

• Perform daily cycle counts and adjusts systems as necessary. 
• Performs all daily activities necessary to maintain effective inventory management procedures. 
• Reports the inventory accuracy assurance programs, including weekly and monthly reporting. 
• Performs random location audits per defined criteria processing inventory that is excess, obsolete, or scrap. 
• Coordinates the annual physical inventory procedures. 
• Willingly looks for and shares ideas in the development of enhancing current methods and procedures within the department and in complimentary departments. 

Key Qualifications: 

• Bilingual – English/Spanish preferred 
• High School Degree or Equivalent Preferred. 
• Previous 3+ years of experience in a warehouse setting Required. 

  Shift/Hours: 

• 1st shift: 5:30am – 4:00pm Monday - Thursday 
• Ability to work overtime on Fridays as needed 

Compensation: 

The hourly pay for this role is: $20.00 - $23.00/hr. DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
