About the Role: We are currently seeking applications for Permanent Mechanical Fitters to join our teams across Wilmar's eight mills. These positions are located at our various sites, including Plane Creek Mill in Sarina, and Victoria Mill in Ingham. These are permanent, daywork positions with opportunities for overtime and some weekend work. Your role will involve general maintenance and repairs within our state-of-the-art crushing stations, with a specific focus on hydraulics, gearboxes, and pumps. If you have a strong interest or experience in these areas, we want to hear from you!

About you:

Our ideal candidates will have:

• Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical Fitting) or equivalent.
• A proven record of high performance, self-motivation, excellent attendance, and punctuality.
• Relevant experience in maintenance and mechanical fitting, particularly in hydraulics, gearboxes, and pumps.
  
  

Desirable (but not essential) Skills:

• Dogging High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
• Forklift HRWL
• Overhead Crane Ticket
• Welding Skills
